Operations/HR Administrative AssistantCareer opportunity for an administrative professional who is looking to grow with our 52 year old retail, catalog and e-commerce business.
Responsibilities will include generating reports, arranging travel, maintaining files, ordering supplies, answering phones, assisting with timekeeping and scheduling, and assisting on the retail sales floor as necessary.

Bachelor's Degree along with two years relevant work experience Experience with Microsoft office applications including Excel Retail experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills, initiative, ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality Sunday - Thursday schedule.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
