We are looking to hire a warm, out-going and articulate full-time leasing consultant with exceptionally strong sales skills for an apartment community in Eagle, CO.
The ideal candidate is very friendly, but ambitious and performance driven. They are extremely organized always looking for opportunities to delight prospects and residents with proactive service and quick, accurate response to inquiries and requests. They are confident and energetic and excel at selling a product that they know meets the needs of interested prospects. They project a professional demeanor, have excellent communications skills and are neatly and professionally presented at all times.

Strong sales skills and experience a must.
Experience in apartment industry an advantage.
Must be available to work Saturdays
Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required; position requires own vehicle to fulfill all of job's functions.
