Organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of restaurant. Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management, record office expenditure and manage the budget. Organize the restaurant layout and maintain supplies and equipment. Maintain the condition of the restaurant and arrange for necessary repairs. Oversee the recruitment of new staff. Ensure adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload. Carry out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff.
