The Property Asset Management Director will lead the design, implementation and construction management of facilities renovations and capital projects.
Manage real estate asset relationship with investment partners.

This is an in office role, and our ideal candidate will be on-site for 80% of work days.
Travel to all locations regularly is also expected and necessary.
Major Job Responsibilities/
Essential Functions:
Manage day-to-day building operations and maintenance of owned and leased properties to include oversight of property management contracts.
Oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout, and facilities expansion within finite budget and space parameters.
Working with the Finance Team, proactively research opportunities for regional expansion to include feasibility analysis, pro-forma modeling and investment strategies.
Manage real estate relationship with investment partners to include timely communications of financial analytics such as conducting risk analyses, asset management and investment reports.
Oversee all tenant relationships and tenant leases/renewals in owned properties.
Partner with commercial real estate brokers on potential leasing activity for vacant space in owned properties.
Oversee the organization, planning, bidding, scheduling, and implementation of facilities projects to include materials and equipment, budget and schedules.
The Property Asset Management Director will lead the design, implementation and construction management of facilities renovations and capital projects.

Recommend and manage solutions to regional employee housing issues affecting staff in multiple locations.
Perform other asset management duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ten or more years practical experience in project management, construction management or real estate asset management, preferably in a healthcare environment with multiple locations.
Bachelor's degree required, preferably related to finance, real estate or healthcare project management.
Property management experience for commercial, mixed use and employee housing properties.
Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, RFPs and scheduling best practices.
Lease, business agreements and contract review and negotiation experience.
Technical skills needed to present analytical reports on growth plans, space requirement analyses and project plans.
Ability to summarize and present results of analyses clearly and concisely to management.
Excellent analytic, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills required.
Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often on short deadlines.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all workplace situations.
Salary:
$24 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
